Elks Bowling

        The Monday Night Elks Bowling League is in the best shape in years. There are eight full teams with three teams with a fifth member. We have had only one 700 series this season. But there will be more! Scott Navarro rolled a 706!
        The Rulers team is in first place, with 16 wins and 8 losses. Team members are: Mike Kelly, Ernie Ridley, George Pelayo and Jim Becker.
        The trustees team is a close second with 15 wins and 9 losses. Team members are: Ray Navarro, Mike Navarro, Scott Claverie, Ken Greminger and Scott Navarro.
        The last weekend of October, there were two teams bowling in the California State Seniors Tournament in Fresno.

Elks Travel League
        This League just finished their second month bowling over at the Tyme to Bowl Lanes in Oroville located at the Gold Country Casino.
        Team standings are:         &n bsp; Chico #3 with 8 wins and 0 losses
                                          Chico #9 with 6 wins and 2 losses
                                        Red Bluff #1 with 5 wins and 3 losses..
        There are 12 full teams from the Red Bluff, Marysville, Paradise and Chico Lodges. This coming month, the League will be bowling at the Tall Pines Bowling Center in Paradise on November 9th, starting time will be 1 PM.
