Chico Elks' Ladies

      We will start out this great year by choosing our new Board to continue to spear-head the new decade. It is our desire to have as many of the ladies be as involved as they are physically able and for all members to give as much moral support, which is so needed.
     Our goals are to have fun, support our Lodge and continue with the many charities our Lodge is famous for helping.
     ~EVERYBODY~
     This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
     Somebody got angry about this because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
     Our Board is truly dedicated to making 2010 a Great Year. PLEASE, instead of telling us what we don’t get right, offer ideas, or contacts or let us know your idea’s for entertainment, speakers, etc. If someone you know does good things for our Lodge, make us aware of them ~ any organization is only as good as the people who belong to it.
