On The Road Again!
A little bird
told me that the September outing to Morro Bay was
fantastic. I hated to miss it, but so be it. Dave and Janis
Holter headed up the group and complimented their committee
as the finest. An event that sounded good was the Avocado
and Margaritas Festival. The haunting month of October saw the RVers in Canyonville, OR. As this newsletter is being written, the group is on their way, I have no way to comment. I know they will have fun as Glenn and Linda Dunning are in charge. Many RVers came down to Chico #423 for the Oktoberfest Celebration on October 17th. The rigs were set up out in the parking lot and many games were played. The Lodge was open for our enjoyment and the Oktoberfest was GREAT!
The RVers will be thankful with a full tummy on Thanksgiving, but thankful, too for the short trek to Oroville on November 13th through the 16th. The jaunt may be close by, but Bill and Gail Hobart along with their committee, have planned many tours and festive events at the new KOA Park at the Feather Falls Casino.
