Volunteer Appreciation Night

Cost: $7 per person
Come out and thank the many volunteers that make our Lodge the success that it is! Matt will be cooking up a terrific meal. Sometimes we forget to thank the many members who generously donate their time and skills for the betterment of Lodge #423. This evening will be a perfect opportunity to show our appreciation! Please call Diane in the Office and make your reservations. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm.

Monday May 24th, 2010 at Bidwell Park Municipal Golf Course
10:00-11:30am: New Early Bird Check In at the Chico Elks Lodge. Get your tee prize and enjoy some games, fellowship and cocktails.
11:30am: Late Check-in & BBQ Lunch at Bidwell Park Golf Course Club House
12:15pm: Players must be in their carts and ready to play. We will start with an opening ceremony by the Veteran's Color Guard and the singing of the National Anthem.
12:20pm: Shotgun Start Following the tournament play the 19th hole back at the Elks Lodge.
Enjoy a Buffet Dinner and Cocktail included with each entry fee. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, lowest combined team score, longest drive and closest to the pin winners.
